📦 Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days after placing your order:

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout.
• If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@highkeyera.com with your order number and full name, we’ll resend your tracking info right away.
  

🚚 Delivery Updates

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

During launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive:

1. Order Confirmation Email – after checkout
   
2. Shipping Confirmation Email – with tracking details
   
3. Delivery Notification – once your order arrives
