Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Highkey Era. We’re excited to deliver your order and want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
We currently ship only within the United States. (International shipping will be added soon!)
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this link to monitor your package’s progress directly from the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at [Insert your business email].
4. Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, or high-volume periods.
Highkey Era is not responsible for packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly or contact us for assistance.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Updates
You’ll receive:
- Order Confirmation Email – right after placing your order
- Shipping Confirmation Email – when your order ships
- Delivery Notification (if applicable) – when your package has been delivered
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review and make it right according to our Refund Policy.
