Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Highkey Era. We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, all sales are final once opened or used for hygiene reasons.
However, we do accept returns or exchanges for:
Items damaged or defective upon arrival
Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for items returned without prior approval.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll review your claim and replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card company.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us for assistance.
5. Sale & Limited Edition Items
All sale, promotional, and limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Shipping Returns
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and any instructions needed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
